“Check in and out was easy and fast. Our room was roomy, bathroom was clean with lots is counter space and good lighting. Our beds were not very comfortable and I think some new mattresses might be called for, however, the condition of the room was very nice. ”

“We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sevierville Convention Center. The location of our hotel was a quick 15-20 minutes and closed to a plethora of restaurants. Our room was spacious, the fridge was 3/4 size, and we appreciated having dishwater, silverware, and glasses. I appreciated the blackout shade and the friendliness of the staff. One area of improvement would been the soft was of the bed and pillow. I’m not saying it was on the level of a waterbed, but it was close. ”

“Personnel are gracious, very patient with lots of children in the resort, and highly knowledgeable about the surrounding tourist sites. Rooms are cozy, with lush holiday decorations that inspire a nostalgic Christmas experience. Breakfast offers abundant choices including custom omelets. So much fun here!”

“I did like that was bringing their pets to breakfast and feeding them at the table . Other than that I enjoyed my stay and will stay again .”

“The facility is new and clean. The breakfast was good and varied each day while we were there. The staff was friendly and welcoming when we arrived. A major complaint we have with the hotel is there is no covered area to unload your luggage when arriving at or departing from the hotel. When we arrived it was pouring rain and everything we had with us got soaked. A very poor design for a hotel in our opinion. For this reason alone, I would probably pick another property in the future. ……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”
