“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Property ok needs some work on the outside ”

“The stay was pretty nice. Only a couple downsides but nothing critical. There was only one, really slow, working elevator. Breakfast was simple but it's included at least. They did a great job at cleaning our room. The host greeted us well and told us everything we needed to know. My kids loved the inside and outside pool, and hot tubs. The lazy river was small but it was just surprising they had one. It's a great place with great pricing”

“I felt like I was in a swiss chalet. It had beautiful hanging baskets on the walkways, with rocking chairs and flowers galore. The rooms felt like log cabins, roomy and very clean. It is a wonderful place. The employees were just the best!”

“Easy check in with a kind front desk woman. Beautiful room and comfy bed. The only thing I would say is the water pressure in the shower isn’t too good. But other than that, we had a great stay. Indoor pool with a jacuzzi (open until 11pm) Breakfast was good…biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, bread and toaster, two cereals, apple/orange juice, water, milk, and coffee (open 8am-10am). Overall, very happy and would stay again.”

“The location was great and it was easy to get a trolley to Dollywood at the station just down the hill. The little town down the hill was also lovely. The room itself was semi-renovated (the sitting area and bedroom were fine but the kitchen was still a bit tired). The areas in the stairwell were damp and musty smelling and some of the other areas just needed a bit of tending to in terms of sprucing them up - eg. the siding on the building and the mats and cobwebs on the fencing around the……
