“I love the area the hotel is located, minutes of drive to the strip. Love the lighted view from the hotel position overlooking the strip. Love the largeness of the rooms, bed was comfortable, shower was strong. Love the breakfast choice, the hotel staffs were very friendly. Love the lobby of the hotel. I did not like that the shower water was backing up in the tub during the shower, drain needed cleaning out. Other than that, everything else was great.”

“We had a great stay here. The location is great- within walking distance of the Sunliner Diner and very close to attractions like Wonder Works, Beyond the Lens, and the wax museum. We had a great view of King Kong’s butt 😂. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and clean. The outdoor pool and lazy river were great, and the indoor pool is open 24 hours, which we appreciated. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options that were refilled often. Loved the birds and geese outside the back……

“This was an extremely clean and well kept Hampton Inn! Staff that I interacted with at the front desk were helpful and professional at check in & check out. The associate even helped link my stay to my Hilton Honors account for me. Check in & check out was such a smooth process. My daughter, mom, & I used this stay for a girls getaway weekend & the suite we had was perfect! “Our stay was great this is our 3rd time staying in this hotel we always enjoy the stay. This time we notice some updates which were nice but the beds are not as comfortable as they used to be and they do not appear to be an actual queen size bed more like a full so if you stay here get a king size bed and the toilets your almost sitting on the ground they are so low but other than that it was great and sammy was an absolute pleasure to deal with on our check out she was amazing.”

“The hotel locates about 15 minutes from Great Smoky Mountain and a lot of interesting areas around, we can easily find restaurants nearby and a shopping mall is not far away.The room is not so new but well maintained (I dont mean old, just you can feel its not so new...); overall speaking this is a pleasuant stay.”
