“Loved everything however I would like to see an outdoor pool added the lazy river was a nice touch but to many kids playing. I did use the indoor pool but I would have like to feel the sun. ”

“Lights in the room were dim. None were bright. Need an extra blanket in room for those of us who are cold natured. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, sofa was very comfortable for sitting. ”

“Nice and clean property. Friendly staff. You get complimentary basic time saver tickets to the Dollywood park when u stay here.. it dismt seem to have been mentioned on the Expedia description. Rooms are okay. Fits a family of 5. One king bed, bunk bed and a small couch. Fridge. Dafe. Coffee machine. Free parking. Free Shuttle to the park.close to downtown. Pool. Breakfast buffett for a price. ”

“Room was spacious, clean, and felt like home. Great view of tje mountains. The staff are very friendly. However i did not care for the timeshare sales pitch while just trying to check in. I will stay here again. Great location.”
