“Everything was absolutely perfect for our 2 day stay. The room was immaculate. Our check in was a breeze since I did the pre-check-in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. “This was an amazing hotel! The rooms were very nice, had a huge flat screen tv, beautifully decorated and clean. They had an indoor and outdoor pool and even in the beginning of October the outdoor was still open. They have a 3ft deep hot tub outside that is so big you can swim in it. “This hotel was 4 minutes from Dollywood and very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge, you cannot beat this location. The room was extremely spacious and had lots of storage.
