Grandkids enjoyed the many games and hot tub while adults relaxed on the deck and were thrilled with multiple bear sightings, some very close. We all fully enjoyed the relaxing, beautiful property.”

“This was our first trip to Tennessee and we weren’t sure what to expect but the house and location really helped to make it special. The house was great, we were a group of 11- all ages, plenty of room. The bears visited us multiple times a day, every day and were really fun to watch! We watched them climb up on the porch and tree. Lock your car doors because we watched them get into several of the neighbors cars. One even made off with a cooler! ”

“Nice facility ”

“We came to Tennessee for my daughter’s dance competition. It was a girls trip, 6 of us - 3 adults and 3 teenages! We got in late Friday night and crashed. Saturday, we got up left for dance, by the time we got back we were tired and hot! We reached out to April and Dave about how warm the cabin felt. Asked for fans to help circulate air and cool the bedrooms down. They had new fans delivered later that day. As the day progressed, the cabin was warm and humid. I reached out to April and Dave……
