“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good.……

“Room was clean, staff were incredibly friendly to us, the hotel is right on the strip downtown so EVERYTHING is walkable. They are pet friendly (we didn’t bring pets, but a lot of other folks did!). There are shared balconies between rooms that are great for people watching and they provide chairs. Rooms seem to be recently refreshed/updated as well. Only complaint is the bed was a little… too hard lol. Everything else was phenomenal, we will be staying here for our yearly visits from now on ”
