“Great staff friendly and helpful. Only complaint would be not sure heater in room worked correctly. Room was plenty comfortable but woke up during the night and it felt it was the a/c on and not the heater. Too cold to use hot tub but looked very nice.”

“Park Vista was a wonderful experience. From check in (with friendly staff and hot cookie on a cold night) we loved our stay there. The bar restaurants were excellent catering until late night; breakfast buffet was amazing with extraordinary care by the crew. “I’m leery of hype, especially in Gatlinburg the Mecca of hyperbole, but this place lives up to all its claims! The rooms are newly redecorated and are up to date, sleek, and clean. And every room has its own private balcony overlooking a very audible mountain stream! We slept with the balcony door open! Parking was easy, right outside our room.(They asked for special instructions and I stated that we had a large, full size pickup truck.) After driving all day to get here we were ready for a……

“Perfect location off the main strip and quiet, but walkable to everything. Unit could use a little maintenance but was a wonderful stay overall. ”

“We were in the area for a gift show and family vacation. The trek up the mountain the first time was a little scary, but once at the top, the view was well worth it. The unit was perfect for the 5 of us. While it does sleep 8, it would feel a little tight with more than 5. The indoor pool and hot tub are close and we had a nice time there. The kitchen has all you need to make a meal. Our only complaint would be that when we pulled out the sofa bed it didn’t look like the sheets had been changed……
