“The gentleman at check-in was super helpful and kind. We unintentionally came into town during a car show and sat in gridlock traffic for 2 hours to travel approximately a mile after leaving Dollywood. The front desk gentleman was kind enough to call us and talk us through a "backway" to the hotel which completely saved my sanity! The hotel is older but in a great location and the rooms are clean!”

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“We loved our stay at this condo! Though it was on the smaller side, it was cozy, with very comfortable beds. The unit is a bit older, but exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Best of all, it's conveniently located near all the attractions in Gatlinburg. We'd definitely stay here again!”
