“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good.……

“Nice family stay. The only problem I accidentally forgot to add a day. So went back to edit hotel.com wouldn’t edit my stay called customer service they wouldn’t edit my stay I had to book through the hotel for double the price. I was already book for 5 days at Econo Lodge and I admit it was my mistake on dates. But I feel Hotels.com.com could have helped me out or hotel. Highly disappointed. The interesting thing is we had a family staying they that was booking 4 room for 6 days each!!!! Guess……
