“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good.……

“Evening staff Alexandra was excellent, very professional and friendly doing her job. Honored any requests promptly. She did our check in and got us a room on the first floor for easier access. Day shift staff was very nice and helpful as well. This hotel was nice and clean appeared newer. We enjoyed the kitchenette and spacious suite. I will recommend to family and friends. I would stay there again if I return.”

“Visited Gatlinburg this past weekend staying at the Wander Hotel. Staff at the hotel were great and very helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and had a great view. The complimentary breakfast was greatand more than we expected. Parking was more than ample and hotel had a great location on the strip. Had a small problem with our door and TV but staff responded quickly and fixed the problem. We requested more bath towels and staff brought them to us promptly along with other linens. We were on……
