“Place is small, no frill just basic hotel. However, the room was clean, bedding was nice, decor is ok. Everything worked. Hot water was really hot! Which is great. It looks like they are trying to upgrade things. Would stay again just not for more than 2 nights. No pool.”

“The situation and setting was truly lovely with the balcony over the river. The room was comfortable and spacious and the staff courteous and helpful. The trolley bus goes right by the hotel and good restaurants nearby too. The only negative thing would be the limited seating for breakfast, which was very basic. Otherwise excellent.”

“Having a Villa with kitchen and laundry was wonderful. The staff was unbelievably accommodating and anxious to help in any way. Wanted to extend our stay and manager Rob went above and beyond what he needed to do to make it happen. Very walkable to town, restaurants and shopping”

The kitchen was well equipped and the front door lock/combination was easy to use once we got helpful advice. The beds were comfortable. We would highly recommend the cabin. ”

“The cabin is in a good location. It is about a 15-minute drive from the city center and 15 minutes from Pigeon Forge. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need. That's said. The place could be a bit cleaner, as there was a lot of dust on the sofa. The lack of basic toiletries was disappointing. ”
