“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“Rooms were nice and clean. Mattress was comfortable. Quiet area which was nice for sleeping. I did not realize the hotel is a considerable difference to walk into town to reach the parkway (about a 20 min walk). The breakfast quality was low, but it is free. Staff overall was friendly. We had a good stay.”

To include the breakfast buffets is and even better deal! I have stayed at Wilderness at the Smokies multiple times and I will continue to come back to Great Smoky Resort Lodge instead! Well worth the value!”

“Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good.……
