“We had an excellent stay at the Heartsong resort. It was extremely clean, had lots of activities for the kids, and worked out perfectly for us to go to Dollywood. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because we went in May when the pool was obviously not warm so we were thrilled that there was an indoor pool. However the indoor pool was actually cooler than the one outside so we spoke to the “pool manager” inside who gave us a hard time about it being so cold and wouldn’t let us take our 3……

“This lodge was so conveniently locate to everything but gave the feeling of a remote mountain cabin. The staff was above courteous and extremely sociable. Breakfast was good and the amenities were excellent. I will definitely be back.”

“The "cabin" was affordable and communication was great. However the cabin needs cleaned better. The back door leaked air and when sleeping it was so cold. The blanket on the bed was like a throw. Definitely bring blankets. When we noticed the spring in the pullout was broken they did fix it asap. However, i was disappointed to find out the pullout bed was in the same room as the master. The fireplaces didnt work and if you have a larger vehicle be aware parking is available.but slightly……

“Haven’t stayed here in a decade, but I was happy to say it got even better! We stayed in the same building as before and we were pleasantly surprised to find that the room we stayed in mint condition. The spa here is incredible definitely take the opportunity to take advantage of it. ”
