“Great place with easy access to break”

“Il faut être assez autonome, car le personnel n’est pas souvent présent ! Le déjeuner est vraiment excellent. L’accès à la chute gratuitement est vraiment agréable! Les installations tel que la piscine et la cuisine sont des plus. À quatre, nous avons trouvé qu’il commençait à y manquer un peu d’espace de rangement. “This property is very beautiful, the pool is really nice and the villas are excellent and the view will take your breath away. The walk to town is 25 minutes and the hill is tough to walk if you are not in good shape. The owner lives on site, he is a friendly man but there is no reception and check in information was sent to me the day I arrived and had no internet connection. “It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would……
