“It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. The staff were so kind and quick to work hard and fix it by the time we went got back for dinner. 10/10 customer service. Would……

“The bungalows are on the outskirts of Santa Teresa, which was good. Santa Teresa extremely busy, lots of surfers. Beach was beautiful but not really swimmable due to rip current. Not a lot of close by restaurants to chose from”

“We loved our stay at Nautilus. It was a perfect location close to plenty of restaurants and shops. It was a short walk to amazing sunsets on the beach. “Our stay at Casita Sollevente was incredible, the accommodation was very clean, a beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean, had two out door pools that were great for relaxing in. The complete staff treated us very well throughout our stay. The food and drinks are very good.
