“Room needs maintenance. Sagging ceiling tile with mold in bedroom. Leaking shower onto bathroom floor and stain on floor. Broken wall tile bathroom. Broken vertical section of sink "repaired" possibly with glue. Room is very dark even with all lights turned on.”
