“Super nice and accommodating. I got a text a little after I checked in asking if I liked the room and if I needed anything, all I needed was more towels but they brought them super fast. Love that!”

“Great stay, fast check in, maybe the quickest I ever had. Shower was maybe the best ever, plenty of pressure. Stayed two nights, no housekeeping but we did mention we would like a change of towels. They did switch towels, but not washcloths. Not sure how they expect you to only have one each for three days? Otherwise great stay”

“Overall the stay was good. Would like to shout out the staff at the front desk when we stayed on a Saturday night. The room next to us was very loud and we had to get up at 5:30 the next morning. We called the front desk and whoever was working at the time came up and actually talked to the people in the room next to us and they stopped right after. Happy they to know they take complaints seriously and care about their guest’s experience! ”

“The property was wonderful Anything that was requested was taken care of. We travel with 6 people so towels and pillows are always an extra request they didn’t even hesitate There was a college swim team staying and they managed to keep breakfast stocked with a very large demand”

“Loved the beautiful setting and historical building. Rates were pretty good as well. Really appreciated that this hotel is pet friendly. Tried to order room service, but it was not available that evening for some reason, which was disappointing. Room was charming, but a little dark - wish there had been more lights or brighter bulbs in the lamps. Lamps with USB would have been nice too to charge our devices. Overall, would recommend this place or book a room here again. ”

“This place should not be overlooked. We realized at check in that I had lost my license and there was no way to check in without it. The guy at the front desk was empathetic and understanding but also was doing his job. We had to go home (90 minutes) in a snow storm to get my passport so we could come back and check in. It was important to spend the weekend with our daughter. Everything about the hotel was perfect for family time. ”
