“The house was perfect for what we needed. We loved the big, fenced in yard for the dogs. ”

“The Carlisle Inn was booked for my 3 night retreat stay, so this enabled me to find this perfectly quiet cottage close by. While I was only there at the end of the evening to sleep, the cottage was a nice and peaceful place to come to. I loved the scripture themed decor throughout the house, and I was grateful to the owner for allowing me to check in early to rest before the retreat began. The cottage was clean and peaceful, and I'd come and stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for the kind……

“We had a travel JO volleyball tournament in Sherrodsville this property was 10 min away. Super convenient to go to Eastern Ohio Sports Complex! We stayed in early April and they did not have the golf cart out of winter storage yet. But lots of pillows in the upstairs room at the top of the steps.Lots of towels and blankets stored upstairs also! Bring K-cups they had a keurig but they also provided coffee and creamer! Very accommodating. It was not right on the lake but you could see the lake……

“My family and i stayed here for 2 nights on the way to a family funeral. Resterants are fairly close. Small town but close to Akron. Lakes are vety close. We fond a good fishing spot less than 5 minutes away. Host was eager to help anyway she could. Russ”

“When I booked with Thomas, I was looking for a place between Cuyahoga Valley National Park and the football hall of fame. This worked. It's very clean and comfortable. Please be advised that the listing says there's a grill, but there wasn't when we were there, which would have been useful when we had no power (BAD storm, not a property issue). The lack of advertised grill is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Also, remember to bring ziploc bags, foil etc. And the largest size bowl available……

We work on the road and was looking forward to grilling up a hot meal, we did use the kitchen instead so no big deal. We hope to use this cabin again in the future! ”
