“unfortunately we probably ended there at a time when young crowds tend to go. The experience at night at the hotel werent great (loud from other guest talking & doors slamming throughout all hours of thr night)but other than that the customer service everything was five star”

“We stay at Brighton Suites a few days before Memorial Day every year. It is always clean and quiet. For some reason this year, they put us in a handicapped accessible room next to the elevator, despite us telling them that we are not handicapped. There were plenty of other rooms available but they did not move us. If you have ever stayed in a handicap accessible room, it is extremely uncomfortable for anyone who is not handicapped. The bed is very low and difficult to get in and out of and there……

“Everything was wonderful about the room, except for the odd location of the sink. The sink was not in the bathroom, but in the entrance way near the mini-fridge. With more than one person occupying the room, this was an inconvenience. Otherwise, service and cleanliness and amenities and location were all excellent!!”

“We’ve stayed many times and we have always been happy. The only issue this time was a weird sewer smell in our room that wouldn’t go away even with purifier on 24/7. Another small and annoying issue was the lack of WiFi. We had to walk into the lobby numerous times to reconnect after being booted off. Very odd. We shouldn’t need WiFi on vacation though so that’s on me. Ha. It did make me pause and relax a bit without being connected. Was actually nice but could be annoying if you needed to……

“Overall, our unit was very clean, spacious, and nice. Also, there were many extras like Keurig coffeemaker, with coffee pods, dishwasher, stove, ice trays. Two TV’s-in living area and in the bedroom! First day pool had leaves/bugs in it, second day was clean. Hot tub was good. Great location—1 block to brewery/restaurant and the beach!”
