“I have stayed many times up in North Conway, but usually at the same place. Saw this being built last year and decided to try it out. The staff was amazing, the cleanliness was spectacular, the amenities are state of the art, and the style of the hotel is very simple yet very modern. My only complaint is that the AC unit doesn't allow you to keep the fan running continuously which had me sweating a bit during my sleep. But overall, a GREAT place. Will definitely be back soon!”

“As other's have mentioned, the hotel is a bit outdated and perhaps could use a deep cleaning. However, the hotel is quaint, and really does have that step back in time feel. The staff is so kind and patient. The views are incredible. We used the indoor pool, which was large and well kept. The continental breakfast was really good. I will absolutely come back. ”

“We stayed in the detached loft building. It was clean and just what we needed. Our two double bed room was pretty small. Bathroom was also small. about the only complaint was with the hvac setup. It wasn’t really all that clear which baseboard electric units for heat were supposed to actually work. There’s a thermostat on the wall, but only the one by the door was functional; two were cold. There’s also a window unit, but I’m guessing that was for summer air conditioning. Some in-room literature……
