Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. “Clean and quiet room. Shuttle to airport. Shuttle was not free, I missed that when making the reservation, but it was still a good service. ”

“Perfect location. Beautiful rooms, and comfortable. Loved being able to connect to my Netflix so we could watch a movie in bed. One weird thing about the rooms was there was no microwave. They had called before and asked if we needed one and I said yes, but it wasn’t in the room. The trash also hadn’t been emptied prior to our stay. If you want to check in early, they charge $80. Which was a hassle because check in was super late, 4pm. I’ve never had a hotel charge this much for a room that was……
