“The room was very easy to get to and from. No elevators, steps, crowds, etc. The room was very clean and no carpet. I would recommend staying at this motel.”

“We loved everything about this location. It could use a larger TV downstairs, hotels don't have 19" tv anymore. There is a steep hill to walk down to take the path to downtown, not advisable for seniors. But you can park at the bottom by the path of you don't want to walk up the very steep hill. We would definitely stay here again. It had everything for a perfect weekend away”

She’s a great host and clearly puts a lot of care into the experience. The house itself is beautiful, historic, and full of charm. It’s in a perfect spot too - close to Helen if you want to explore, but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Everything about the stay was easy and relaxing. “Very nice staff! There was a glitch in the phone number when we tried to assist a guest checking in late. A person was there but the phone cinnection didn't work. She gave us an alternate number. Everything worked out just fine in the end.”

“I really enjoyed the peace and quiet. There were other couples and families that stayed on the property, yet we felt as if we were the only ones there. The sweet lady that stays on the property was very helpful by telling us about a few restraunts we should try and other fun things in the area. ”

Everything was clean, neat, tidy and the atmosphere was relaxing. We had a wheelchair accessible room. It even had a walk on shower with a seat. ”
