“It was our first time at Timber Ridge. We were impressed by the clean room, text message communication, options to play at the arcade and bowling, and the clean water park. Unfortunately, the air in the bedroom was not working, so sleep was uncomfortable until we figured out the problem. ”

“My stay for a few days was very nice for my purposes. Surgery recovery. Valet parking and help with my luggage was very much needed and provided. The restaurant provides room service and the food was delicious. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Room safe. Patio was nice. The spa is very comfortable and clean. Overall I'm very happy with my stay.”

“The room was nice and clean. The Lakeview option was the best part. The staff was super friendly and helpful. But for the price, the room should have more luxury options. You are basically paying for the view. There was no microwave in the room.The restaurant opened the day after we arrived. The food was ok, but nothing special. They have two parking lots so plenty of parking. The boathouse bar and grill is in walking distance and has great food. ”

“Location was great, but the AC control was not working and it was warm in our room upon arrival. And the windows don’t open. I found the bed and pillows uncomfortable, but my husband said they were ok. Decor and ambiance was nice and what we expected and a fun change from modern hotels. ”

“Loved the location! The home it's self was so cozy. A home away from home. Everything we needed was there or we could go get it near by. Our anniversary was awesome! We love Crafted Italia and Zaab Corner Bistro. Those restaurants are our go to. Our host was amazing! We had a little Japanese Beetle problem, but that was rectified almost immediately. Our host was very accommodating. We can see ourselves coming back here really soon. ”
