“We booked this as part of a larger trip to go to Disneyland. We stopped over in Calabasas to be conveniently located by Universal Studios. The hotel was really clean. The staff was incredibly friendly upon greeting us and the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The showers were exceptionally nice. Additionally, this was conveniently located by shopping and food, but what I liked the most was the EV charger that I could walk to from the hotel. We will definitely stay there again.”

“We stayed for 3 nights and were visiting my son, his wife, and out grandson watch day. We also visited with friends. Since we lived in this area for many years, we were we acquainted with shopping areas and places to dine.”

“There is nothing interesting around, the accommodation facilities are too "simple". Most importantly, it is too noisy! In the middle of the night, there was even a person walking in the hall crying and yelling... The price is really unfair.”

“Room was nice and spacious. Toiletries were good. Breakfast was good as well.”

“Delit (?) was amazing when we checked in! She advised us of remodeling in progress, and since we had grandkids with us, asked if we wanted a room overlooking the pool. There were some minor issues with the room ( needed more towels, etc), but easily taken care of. The kids really enjoyed the "make your own waffles" at breakfast, and enjoyed their pool time! All of the staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!”
