“Absolutely loved this hotel. Stayed here due to a flight cancellation and was super grateful they allowed me to check in around 9am. The room was clean and the staff was really friendly. And the hotel is absolutely amazing very well designed . Would definitely visit their other chains.”

“Globalement très bien mais 2 points à améliorer : - qualité du petit déjeuner : proposer plus de choix en ajoutant des salades de fruits par exemple. Varier aussi les produits. Nous sommes restés une semaine et tous les jours il y avait œufs brouillés, saucisses . Parfois la machine a pancakes marchait mais pas tous les jours... - pas de Menage dans la chambre pendant une semaine ! C'est la 1ere fois que je vois cela dans un Best western !”

“Lots of positives about this hotel! Comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Good lighting over bathroom sink. Appreciated that the sink was in a separate area from the tub and toilet. Loved the daily ‘kickback’ with complementary drinks and food! Free breakfast was also very good. Some lower sugar yogurt options would be nice. Only negatives were the very dirty stairwells. We prefer to take the stairs and these areas were filthy. The toilets off the main lobby need to be upgraded. They don’t really……

“This was our second time to stay here and it was just as great as the first time. From the time we arrived until the time we left we were well cared for and really enjoyed every aspect of our stay. Each interaction we had with the staff was very positive. They were all helpful and friendly. Breakfast was hot and fresh, room was clean and the kitchens are beautiful! We were offered our choice of upper or lower level when we checked in and I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture. We had……
