“The board walk that takes you right to the beach was perfect! Staff was helpful. Dining was wonderful, but need more -smaller portion lunch options that are easier to grab and go-But everything we tried was wonderful! Starbucks was great. The pool was also perfect! ”

“We waited until checkin time only to have to wait longer because our room wasn’t ready. However, two guests (one was a large group) came after us and were checked in immediately! No wait time at all! Hmmm! Please make sure all rooms are ready BEFORE guests arrive! No calls should be made when guests arrive to see if the room is ready! There were enough hotel workers just leisurely browsing around that can assist with rooms being prepared for arriving guests! I’ve never seen so many hotel……
