“Great job”

“Very good hotel, check in took all of 2 minutes! Pool area was great for the kids. Room was clean and had all we needed. The only complaint would be breakfast not being included. It was available but for $15.00, and was about the same as you would get at a Holiday Inn or Hampton for free. Maybe $10.00 we would have considered it. But with 4 people it’s not worth it. Otherwise great stay!! Great location for shopping!!”

“The room was perfect the breakfast perfect. Housekeeping not so good!!!!!!! As far as getting trash picking up towels and getting them. I know it’s hard to fine people to to work. This is my only suggestion or slight complaint housekeeping needs to improve. The hotel staff amazing even the kitchen crew amazing. ”

“It was wonderful for my first business trip to Michigan. The front desk staff were very accommodating.”

“The first room I was given smelt like mold or a dirty and the second room had black small rubber bands all over the floor and fake eyelashes on the lamp stand. Also on one of the night stand it looked like someone had spilled red juice or threw up on the side of it. I’ll never stay at that location or hotel franchise again.”

“One small trashcan for rhe while suite. Vents were dirty and furniture at end of its life. Confortable bed though and shower was good. ”
