“We loved this location. Everyone there was very nice, helpful, and responsive. The whole place was very well maintained, super clean, and clearly taken care of with pride and love. The beds were both very soft and comfortable with plenty of pillow choices and sheets that made you want to stay there all day. It was so nice having an outdoor sitting area right by the river to enjoy my coffee too. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in the area. ”

“We were SO fortunate to find this beautiful property, located just 3 miles from the Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP entrance! The home is gorgeous, comfortable and modern. There's a full kitchen and refrigerator, a washer and dryer, and a gym with cable machine and free weights. The King bed is very comfortable, and the central air kept things cool. Property manager Joe is a warm and welcoming host, as is the resident cat, Coal (who runs the place and lives in the garage). Communications from……

“Owner is neglectful of basic maintenance. Closet door was freestanding and not attached to anything and fell over onto my child. Bathroom doorknob was installed backwards resulting in my wife being trapped in the locked bathroom. Bed was improperly assembled and collapsed on my child. Bedroom floor was badly damaged and splintered and resulted in splinters in my child's feet. Front facing windows were missing blinds and exposed our private space to the busy front streets. Dryer was disconnected……
