“This duplex was set up very nicely and accommodating. It was a perfect landing spot for my family after a day of adventures. It is in a cute neighborhood! And extremely convenient! I mean everything we needed was within 5 to 10 minutes. It is right off a major street artery I felt. The owner was extremely fast to respond and friendly. We would stay there again. ”

“Home was clean and on a quiet street. Everything we needed was there, including coffee. Following Google maps the neighborhood just before we arrived was a little sketchy, but the area directly around the home was nice enough. A car is a must, there is nothing less than a few miles away.”

“Chadwell & Carissa have a fantastic home with all the amenities you'll need during your stay. Their communication from booking to departure was top notch and they made booking with them a breeze. We felt like we were borrowing a friend's house rather than booking a rental! If you need more space, rent their Luna Lodge next door. Our friends were staying there (suprise to both of us!) and it's equally lovely. ”

“We stayed here for a three day golf tournament. The house is clean, bright and has great amenities. The neighborhood is quiet and close to everything in Montrose. It was a perfect place to stay and we will return in the future. The only thing we would have like would have been to park in the garage, which is not available for use (our own fault - we missed reading that detail in the listing). ”

“An amazing stay! Barb and David were great with communication and check-in and check-out were easy and simple. Excellent stay - all the amenities, super clean, well stocked, and comfortable stay.
