And the story of how it was built (provided by the owner/builder) is an incredible read.This is a lovely place in a great location on Grand Mesa. Excellent hiking, biking, birding and paddling all within a few miles.An incredible spot if you enjoy spending time in this part of western Colorado.”

“Josie was a great host and the house was perfect for what we needed. We did have issues with the tv- it took multiple people and about an hour to figure it out. There were also ants near the kitchen when we arrived and got worse before we left, but Josie was very responsive and was going to take care of it! Besides those two things - it was great! Family-friendly, great layout, nice neighborhood! We would stay there again!”

“Beautiful property, fits the name luxe retreat! Adjustable beds and ability to control temperatures of each bedroom separately were nice. Smaller sitting area for the TV but worked out fine. Great finishes throughout the home.”

“The house is located in a secluded quiet area which we really liked. It had everything we needed for our week long stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great (there was also a lot of extra towels which was nice!). The house had a great flow to it with nice comfortable living room furniture. Kitchen chairs and table were comfortable as well (we played a lot of games in the evening at the table). The front porch was really nice, but unfortunately for us it was really hot the week we were……
