“We were a couple in our 50's, from East Coast visiting relatives. This house was perfect for us. The location is very nice and very safe. The supplies and utensils were better than we expected. We had one very minor problem and it was resolved immediately. Would highly recommend. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Tres Chivas. The house was cute and comfortable. We were traveling with our two dogs and they loved running in the large open yard. It was very relaxing sitting outside in the evening. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The hosts were responsive to our messages. We look forward to staying at Tres Chivas next summer.”

“Every year my family and I meet up at new places, this year was GJ. The house was AMAZING! The kitchen was so big! It easily accommodated all 8 of us. There were tons of beds and space for everyone. The kids spent most days in the pool, we fished in the pond. Played on the grass. Played cards out on the patio at night. It was perfect for what we wanted to do! “Great space with a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to see a great variety of pans and baking dishes for those of us who really like to cook. Spacious and convenient to downtown Palisade, we walked in several times. Clean with tons of linens and towels when we arrived. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious. ”

“Beautiful unit that is very nicely stocked with everything you might have forgotten. Close to down town with all the shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“House was and smelled clean. Comfortable furniture and the fenced yard was great for our dog. I think it should be emphasized how close to town it is. Turn right out the front door and walk a few blocks and you are there! Also, Brenda was very responsive and overly patient. I bombarded her with questions when we arrived only to learn that an email that went to spam had answered all my questions. We would stay again. ”

“We stayed for most of the month of June. The home is in a great location with quick drives to trails or stores. Grand Mesa is about an hour away. Katie is quick to respond to any issues or concerns and you can tell that she cares and wants to make sure you have a great stay. We were able to bring our dog and she provided food and water bowls and a dog bed. That was so nice! She also provided coffee and snack items so that you had time to get to the store if you arrived late. There are great……
