“Clean and simple place for a family to stay. We stayed here during a road trip with our three very young children. The home is mostly child proof. There were a few breakable items that we had to keep an eye on to make sure our toddlers didn't get into (cups and bowls for example). It was a perfect pit stop for us and was easy to check in. Could not have been much better.”

“We loved this property. The quiet neighborhood was a nice landing place at the end of our days. Perfect location to travel to Black Canyon of the Gunnison NP, Ouray, and Telluride. Montrose is a great city with nice coffee shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!”

“This was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. Truly spotless. My entire family was impressed with it. The separations of bedrooms was great. Walking around the pond was a pleasure in the evenings. Contacting the owner was perfect in every way. The game room was a MAJOR hit with the kids and the adults. Close to Gunnison, Ouray (Box Canyon), and Last Dollar Road were key in our selection. This getaway is perfection plus!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.”

We felt like we were borrowing a friend's house rather than booking a rental! If you need more space, rent their Luna Lodge next door. “We originally picked this house since it was only an hour to nearby national parks and popular tourist towns. We stayed for three nights, but you could stay longer with the shopping nearby and in-unit amenities. This house we found out is split into two condos. Ours was a comfortable 3 bedroom condo for five people that could’ve fit more if needed. Will definitely come back!”

“This attractive cabin on a working ranch was very comfortable and a good base for out day trips. We loved the very peaceful mornings, as we were both recuperating from schedules that were too tightly packed. A/C in every room, and cool evenings outside.Thank you Thank you!”

“The house is super roomy, decorated adorably, was very clean, and had plenty of extras. It was an excellent place to rest during our Colorado National Park road trip. The surrounding neighborhood is a little run down, but don’t let that deter you from renting this house. The backyard views are peaceful with no neighbors and there are mountains in sight. Everything was great, including the host, and would recommend to anyone. ”

“This is a perfect place for a family vacation. House is very clean and up to date. Beds are very comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We ate most meals at the house and had plenty of nice dishes and utensils to use. We used it as our base to explore black canyon and Colorado national monument. Perfect location on the outer edge of town in a quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely stay at this place again. ”
