“This is a gorgeous home in a beautiful wild setting. The home was spotlessly clean and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the wrap around porch with rockers when it cooled down in the evening. The views from the porch are gorgeous in all directions and we heard a lot of coyotes singing. It's a 10 minute drive to Paonia where there are stores, restaurants, and Don's Grocery. We went to Crawford Resevoir State Park which is 25 minutes away and was great for kayaking, paddleboarding and……

“The property was well maintained and very well stocked, better than many less remote VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Layout of the house was good for two families of 4 with 4 adults and 4 young children.
