“This cabin is spectacular, better that the pictures!My wife and I really enjoyed the wonderful location, very comfortable cabin and all the dear! House was clean and warm when we arrived, love the woodburning stove. Top shelf cabin, we will be back!”

“Such a special place, stunning views. The wood burning fireplace kept us so warm when it started getting in the 30s. Hot tub, fire pit, mountains all around, few minutes from a national park, what more could you want for a getaway weekend? We will be back!”

“This is a great spot! Ella (owner) is a class act. She is so engaging and is a wonderful story teller! Read Ella's description. It is glamping in a secluded spot yet still convenient for day trips to Telluride, Ouray, Silverton and tons of prime hiking and off roading close by. Save your money and stay here. You will never hear silence or see the stars like this place!”

“This cabin was exactly what we were looking for: Reasonably secluded, quiet, and snowy! Take some time to slow down and catch the stars at night too. Unbelievable.Autumn was a fantastic host. Super communicative. We knew exactly what to expect upon booking, arrival, and departure.The cabin was great. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you might need to cook. Seriously everything (parchment paper and aluminum foil to a few spices as well). The sink also has a filtered water tap so you……

“This was my 2nd time staying here. We loved it! Its off the main path and away from crowds which is why I go to the mountains. There is hiking and lakes right around the house, of you can quickly get to Black Canyon of the Gunnison. I'm planning to come back again.”

“The home is comfortable and has great views of the surrounding area but is not as remote as we thought. There was minimal need to communicate with the owner but no real check out instructions or confirmation they received our message when we checked out. With the current bridge work on Hwy 50 you have to go through two traffic relays and those do not go all night, which limits your ability to get out early or leave late. ”

“Wanted a quiet place to spen d Christmas with our adult children. This place is outstanding. The hosts decorated the place for Christmas as a very nice touch.”

“This property was absolutely gorgeous! Lots to do, perfect area that was quiet and remote, but only a short drive into town. The best of both worlds. Property manager was friendly and available for questions. This will be top of my list for a return to the area! ”
