“This duplex was set up very nicely and accommodating. It was a perfect landing spot for my family after a day of adventures. It is in a cute neighborhood! And extremely convenient! I mean everything we needed was within 5 to 10 minutes. It is right off a major street artery I felt. The owner was extremely fast to respond and friendly. We would stay there again. ”

“Chadwell & Carissa have a fantastic home with all the amenities you'll need during your stay. Their communication from booking to departure was top notch and they made booking with them a breeze. We felt like we were borrowing a friend's house rather than booking a rental! If you need more space, rent their Luna Lodge next door. Our friends were staying there (suprise to both of us!) and it's equally lovely. ”

It was a perfect place to stay and we will return in the future. The only thing we would have like would have been to park in the garage, which is not available for use (our own fault - we missed reading that detail in the listing). ”

“We had an incredible stay in Montrose!!! The location was very convenient. The check-in process was so simple. The house is beautiful with great mountain views. The house also has everything one would need except an ironing board with iron. There was a steamer that worked and got the job done. We would definitely stay here again ”

“The back yard you had to go out side around the house plus it has a pile of branches all dirt cat poop my dog got stickers in her paws, toilet you couldn't flush with toilet paper the T.V always cut in and out to me way to much money ”
