“Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. “What a perfect little getaway close to everything Pallasades has to offer. It was to adult males this trip and since we spent most the day out exploring the space was not to small and had all the necessary conveniences. Fill the fridge and cook or grill there and enjoy the patio for a cup of coffee and sun on your face. It would also be great for 2 close couples to use the space for a home base during several days of hiking or wineries. We will be back!”

“From the front it looks like another vintage motel… But once you get around back, it’s party central… The outdoors property is loaded with hot tub, game room lounge, and a stream running through it complete with a peach tree next to it and a hammock…. property management was on point the rooms were exquisitely clean and had a nice rustic, updated very very clean feeling…(complete with a Roku to watch my movies that I like)…. air conditioning comfy bed and very detailed decor… I will definitely……

“We had a very pleasant stay thanks to the genuine friendliness of the other guests. Rooms are quite small but clean a comfortable bed. “This place is SUCH a gem. I stayed with my little dog in one of the Airstreams and it was super cute, toasty warm and the bed was INSANELY comfortable!
