“Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. “From the front it looks like another vintage motel… But once you get around back, it’s party central… The outdoors property is loaded with hot tub, game room lounge, and a stream running through it complete with a peach tree next to it and a hammock…. property management was on point the rooms were exquisitely clean and had a nice rustic, updated very very clean feeling…(complete with a Roku to watch my movies that I like)…. air conditioning comfy bed and very detailed decor… I will definitely……

“We had such an incredible time in Montrose, CO—it truly felt like a little escape! The house was super cozy, very clean, and clearly well taken care of.
