“This hotel is a renovated motel (meaning you park your car in front of your room rather than in a parking lot then lug your luggage back to the lobby, then down long hallways to your room). The owners did a fantastic job with the remodel - flooring, ceilings, furnishings, etc. I think whoever planned this remodel could (and should) be in the business of planning remodels for other hotels/motels. It was that nice and modern. Staff (both checkin and checkout) were very friendly, nice, and……

“This is the most rubbish hotel I have ever stayed in. When I entered the room, there were fingernails on the bedside table and a big spider web on the ceiling. Breakfast doesn't seem to belong to the hotel, it seems to be outsourced to private people, and it tastes terrible. It's just rubbish. What impressed me the most was a staff member at the front desk, whose name was Ricky. He was very nice, friendly and patient. Your hotel has such staff, which is your greatest treasure.”
