“Nice stay, comfy bed and pillows. Advertised a Mountain View and my view was of old dilapidated buildings, trash all down the hillside. And windows in the buildings that stared right into my hotel window. I kept my curtains closed the whole time! False advertising. It also advertised a pub, which had closed. Wanted a restaurant onsite. Also false advertising. Staff was very nice. ”

“OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL. GREAT LOCATION. QUIET, YET ABOUT A MILE TO TRAM STATION. THE KITCHEN WAS WELL OUTFITTED. MADE IT EASY FOR US TO COOK BREAKFASTS AS WELL AS DINNERS IF WE CHOSE. CLOSE TO HUMPBACK STATUE AND NOT FAR TO GROCERY STORE. MADE IT A VERY COMFORTABLE STAY.”

“We stayed at Alaska’s Capital Inn during Christmas 2024, and it was an unforgettable experience. The inn is steeped in Juneau’s history, offering a unique charm that makes you feel connected to the town’s past. The hosts, Elizabeth and Bing, are incredibly hospitable, professional, and friendly. They went above and beyond to provide us with excellent recommendations for exploring Juneau, all of which turned out to be perfect for our visit.
