“Nice and quiet. Clean!!! Quick overnight stay but perfect for what we needed it to be. Had a few drinks at the bar. Great and friendly check in representatives. Easy check in and out. ”

“We had a lovely stay at the hotel from June 7-14. The hotel staff were very friendly and provided us with excellent suggestions for exploring Buffalo. We appreciated the breakfast and shuttle service, as these amenities made our travel experience more convenient.”

“Stayed here 2 years ago and it was wonderful. This time the woman at the front desk was surly. They no longer offer free breakfast roomservice. Breakfast was meager, 1 guy trying to do everything & Seating was insufficient. Not being kept up as it had been. It's still lovely but not sure it's worth the extra cost. ”

“Stay was good - beds are very high. Husband was unable to get up onto bed without assistance. The staff did purchase a small step stool for our stay which helped. They informed us upon leaving that they had ordered medical type step stools for others who may have problems.”

“No breakfast was provided. Room was not cleaned either. Lack of service. So many better hotel than this.”
