“Despite being under renovation, the room and common areas are clean and well maintained. Very light and pleasant breakfast room and lobby area. Excellent breakfast choices. One huge bonus is the direct connection to the Mayo Clinic via the pedestrian subway, connecting beyond to the Rochester skyway systems. This is a godsend in the winter when temperatures frequently plunge to single digits. I would definitely come back here if using the Mayo facilities. Great find. ”

“walking distance to downtown and clinic. however, not to St Mary's hospital. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen with washer and dryer and large living room. Don't know if all the apartments are that large. very clean and comfortable. A problem with one of the toilets was fixed within hours. Free parking but no shuttle to hosp or airport.”
