“For the price and value the hotel was great. Although sometimes hard to find someone at the front desk. When we did, Alex was very helpful. I realize there is a staffing shortage but we were supposed to check in at 3pm and our room was not ready until after 4pm. This would not have been a problem but we were sitting there since Noon. You would think given the fact we were at the hotel, they would have done our rooms first. Alex handled it well even though things were out of his control. The……

“I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel, particularly due to the exceptional staff who were attentive and friendly throughout the day. Although I wish I could recall all their names, one gentleman stood out: Ali, who managed the wagon filled with shoe shine liquids. Our engaging conversations added a special touch to my experience. I will undoubtedly return, rating my stay a perfect 20 out of 20.”

“It was a nice hotel. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they are renovating and during the day there was a LOT of noise from the works which was sometimes annoying when trying to catch a nap. We did ask to move rooms when we arrived because it sounded like they were working right above us. The pool area is nice, but two things of concern. The pool isn't heated so it can seem a bit cold even on hot days and there is NO shade to be found anywhere by the pool after 12:30 pm……
