“Zoe was the working the front desk the afternoon we checked in. She was wonderful, and after a long, rough day of traveling, it was refreshing to have the last leg of our trip go smoothly. The entire staff from the front desk, kitchen and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed something (coffee, extra blankets, etc.). This location was very close to my family, and I will absolutely stay here again when I come to visit.”

“Great location. We were there to go to LEGOLAND, which is just next door at the Springfield Mall, and Mt Vernon which is about a 20 min drive. Our grandson got to play in the pool our second night, and that was fun. Paying for parking is a new experience. Other Marriott properties have never charged for parking. “Very friendly staff. They quickly took care of trash in front of property someone left. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Assortment of foods delicious and appreciated- every Wednesday there is an appetizer hour! The only problem was a long wait on hot water from our sink but they sent someone over to check and it required more fixing (They did offer to change our rooms). Great stay with helpful and warm staff. ”
