“The hotel was very nice, however, the water in the shower never really got hot and I could never get the wifi to connect. The option to stream Netflix was on the tv but I couldn’t get it to launch. ”

“The property was exceptionally clean, the bed was comfortable, and all the necessary amenities were provided. The staff was friendly and courteous. ”

“Very historical hotel, a bit spooky on hallway and many strange/noisy sounds in the room. The floor was bumpy. I forgot a power charger in the hotel, but the hotel refused to help me got it back in the same day and just said it’s not found. No matter how I will never come back again. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay at the inn. The room was comfortable and clean. The coffee maker was handy and I appreciated the availability of half and half instead of the artificial creamers (Yuk). ”

“Very convenient for overnight stay before a procedure at Baystate Hospital as it is directly across the street. We live an hour away and were required to check in at 5:30 am. We set our phone alarm for 5 am and were on time! We would have had to get up at 3:30 am otherwise!”

“What is not to love about being welcomed into Richard and Ruth’s home. They are wonderful hosts and spent hours talking to us both during our stay. The house is an amazing building and learning about its history was wonderful. We walked into the tiny town and got some dinner, lovely options available. We can not wait to visit again and will be recommending anyone travelling around this area should certainly book a stay.”
