“This was the best choice we could have made. Hidden gem here. With a kitchen and a balcony overlooking the bay this could be one of the nicest places in Newport to stay.”

“The property is absolutely darling and an amazing location with a million dollar view. The unit itself was not very clean. I wiped down surfaces to remove stuck on food and debris. I had to reclean dishes before we could use them. I saw in the welcome journal that others shared similar experiences. Beautiful place to stay though. ”

“Property very nice, wonderful views. Wish I had known it was upstairs. My husband and I are elderly and had a hard time with the stairs. Also no decent frying pan for eggs. One metal one that was not suitable for frying eggs. Also the toilet was so low we needed to use the window sill to pull ourselves up. A chair height toilet would have been nice. “The location was fantastic! It was so easy to get everywhere. The cottage was outdated and a bit rundown, but it was nice and the beds were comfortable.”

“This is a decent little apartment right on the beach with nice views. The back sliding door windows facing the beach in Unit 2 are not clear because there is some residue of some sort on them blurring the view. Other units don't have this problem. Other than that, the proximity to the beach and views from other windows are great. The apartment is right on the highway so road noise is a factor, though on the ocean side, you will hear the ocean.”

“Great location overlooking the beach, which has both wide sand stretches and rock formations. But be aware, the gate to stairs down to beach has combination lock on it, so be sure to know it. There is a lot of road noise early in the morning since condo is located just off road. Can't imagine sleeping 6 here. There are two queen beds and two mini futons in upstairs bedroom that might serve for children, but not adults. Kitchen needs to be restocked with a few more items. Pretty sparse on……
