“The place was great, but the staff at the front was a little rude and I’d really like to see people’s faces. ”

“We arrived late at night and the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was fulfilling. ”

“Perfect place to stay if in Bettendorf for a convention. There is an enclosed walking patch from the casino/hotel to the convention center.”

“Nice to have a breakfast menu to order from. The sports bar hosts the breakfast very well. The only downside that was a complete turn off was that our bed sheet had a big stain on it. It appears the sheet was washed but more attention has to be taken that this doesn't happen again. ”

“Whether you call it the Hyatt Place or Hyatt House, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It definitely helped that they upgraded me from a standard king room to a suite due to room availability. I only stayed one night and was not able to take advantage of the full kitchen other than the nearly full sized refrigerator. I also didn't get a chance to check out the exercise room, the pool or the bar on the 9th floor, but the bar in the lobby was nice and the food good. The included breakfast bar……
