“I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. ”

“I go to different resorts all the time. maybe over 20 different resorts that I have been to. By far this place is the most unmanaged resort I ever been to. Food was terrible and had no flavor. Restaurant was dirty and flies everywhere. NO service at all which to me means 1 star for service. No entertainment. All drinks are served in the smallest cups. After midnight everything costs $. I would never ever come back here. I left every morning to the city to spend my time because of how terrible……
