“We had a great experience, the owners John and Deb were very attentive at all times. The house is beautiful and the too we stayed in had everything we needed and more. We looking forward to staying with them again.Fun fact , we were all having breakfast around 8:30 , my wife and I with two more couples at the table and all of the sudden there was an 4.1 earthquake that shook the house , made the morning waking up very interesting. ”

“Great place. Clean and nick folks. There was a lapse in the communications between hotels.com and the facility. I had a hard time confirming my reservation as they could Not find it. (I made a back-up reservation using another service). When I arrived they finally were able to communicate with Hotels and confirmed my reservation. This was time consuming and very unsettling. ”

“We enjoyed the perfect family vacation at this great place. We were immediately impressed with the entrance and amenities at Bear Lake Reserve. We were surprised at the driving distance from the entrance to the house. It took about 20 minutes to drive 5 miles. But it was a beautiful scenic ride. The house had plenty of parking and was very spacious. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck and watching the many hummingbirds. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook meals in. “Historic property with aged facilities which adds to the character. Comfortable and unique, with access to the lobby after reception closed. The highlight was the amazing breakfast that is included. Truly delicious and worth the visit. Recommend. ”

“I'd rate this 4 1/2 stars-- a great place to get away in the mountains and with beautiful views, but must keep in mind that you are getting a mountain cabin so without some of the luxuries. The good: a view to kill for, and with the sun and clouds turning it into constantly changing panorama; 15 minutes from hiking; very clean and comfortable; two very comfortable queen beds.
