“I needed an accessible room with roll in shower. The rooms was no longer available. Vanessa called me and made sure we were able to be comfortable during our stay. I am unsure of the floor of my original reservation, but was very pleased with the concierge room with lounge. The attendant there was very kind . We enjoyed the breakfast. We didnt get to enjoy the snacks although they were included as well. Housekeeping was good and fast when we requested additional towels. The only thing……

“We have stayed here several times and love the convenience of location as well as welcoming lets. My only suggestion is that there could be better free TV available. Will return her again in the future.”

“Hello. I enjoyed my stay in Baton Rouge. The staff members were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great as well! The hotel is also in a very convenient location. My only complaint is the furniture, carpet, decor and lamps appear to be very outdated. Televisions were much smaller than they should’ve been. Property needs upgrades. ”

“The staff were excellent. One morning it was raining…as I was walking out the front door a staff member was walking in and offered to walk me to my car because I didn’t have an umbrella. They were constantly welcoming and making sure things were going well. ”
