“This is a beautiful hotel. I really liked the way they incorporated the old union station into every aspect of the hotel. There is still a lot of construction inside and outside of the hotel and technically an active railroad runs through the hotel but I honestly did not hear or feel anything. I slept very well. ”

“Although they accidentally deleted my reservation, they worked and made up for it by getting me a similar room and giving me a discount. It was resolved quickly by the manager. The breakfast is excellent. The beds are very comfortable. The room is extremely clean and well appointed. There are no coffee pots in the rooms however they will get you one if you want one. There is coffee and tea available 24 hours in the lobby if you want to go down and get some. The staff is absolutely excellent and……
