“We got upgrade for a bigger room, the room was the biggest we ever had. The bathroom wasn't the cleanest but it was ok for staying there. They come to clean everyday and change towels and all the staff is really nice they helped us with the laundry and information. The area thought is a little bit dead not a lot of stuff open. ”

“There are just 1 to 2 lobby staff helping for check in.Although the female staff is patient and friendly but the hotel quality is damn lousy.When we all family arrived in hotels,there didn't any porter come to help us carry the luggage.In room,TV is broken,toilet obstruction.Besides,there is not any multifuction plug in room.The toilet of lobby and dining floor didn't get door,it is terrible and embarass.The price is not cheap but the hotel quality is suck!”

“Location! Location! Location! A skip and a hop from the beautiful Ha Long Bay. We took a memorable walk along the bay and then went in the opposite direction to enjoy yummy local food. To top it off, the service and cleanliness of the rooms were amazing as well as how quiet it was! Definitely the place I’d stay again at Ha Long Bay. ”

“The room was spacious and clean. I get the feeling this was once a beautiful hotel but is now dated and showing signs of neglect. The shower is a poor design that floods the bathroom. The cold water quit and we couldn’t flush the toilet. No restaurant. The staff were very nice. The price was reasonable. ”
