“In all, we love Aloft style, that's why we chose it this time. However, the room assigned was more convenient to those who use wheelchairs. There were a few things need to be fixed when we arrived, the staff was very friendly and helpful though.”

“The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.”

“For the first time, it is very difficult to evaluate a hotel. For us personally, everything was fine, they settled in quickly, they gave a room on the 30th floor with a beautiful view of the bay and the city, the room had everything you needed.”

“Had a great time staff was wonderful. Only issues was a group of drunks coning back from a wedding at 12 am that was shouting in the hall, slamming doors, which resulted in them waking us and our 1 year old up.”

“It's rare to find a location that is this clean, comfortable, and has a great location. There are many options in this area, but this is by far the best! The room was incredibly clean, as were the common areas. The breakfast in the AM was an excellent bonus. We will absolutely be returning! ”
