“I liked that the hotel was quite sound proof and I felt safe coming and leaving my room. I also liked that the casino has taken the non smoking approach. I'm glad there are dining options. The Red River restaurant needs to get food to customers while it's still hot especially when there are few customers dining. All in all we had a good experience.”

“The heater was very noisy. There were three people in our occupancy. On the second day of our stay, we went to the counter to ask for bath towels, but the counter staff were only willing to give us two copies. If I want three towels, l would need to pay.😠 ”

“Had an issue with the cleanliness of our stay at check in, service staff upgrafed us to a 2 bedroom suite. After we explained our daighter was allergic to the pet dander we found on the pullout couch. We appreciated this reasonable courtesy given the circumstances.”

“Be prepared to have a condo HARD sell at this Worldmark Vacation resort when booking at this condo. Even though I had gone to their presentation before, they called me 3 times wanting me to give them an hour (which last time ended up being 2 Hours) of our time. Even after I told them we were there because our mother passed, they called AGAIN!!!! We never got what they promised us last time. Anyway we will probably stay again sometime but I just wish they’d accept my “no” without an extra……
